Terms of Service

Welcome to Personaly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Personaly platform at personaly.app("Service"), operated by Personaly ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Creation

To use Personaly, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. What Personaly Provides

Personaly is a platform for solo professionals — coaches, therapists, tutors, creators, and similar — to create a mobile-first personal page where they can showcase services, accept bookings, and manage client interactions. Visitors can view profiles, book services, and fill out intake forms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional qualifications
  • Upload content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create on Personaly (profile text, images, service descriptions, pages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the platform. You can delete your content or account at any time.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

Personaly facilitates bookings between professionals and their clients. We are not a party to the services booked through the platform. Professionals are responsible for setting their own availability, pricing, and cancellation policies. Disputes between professionals and clients should be resolved directly between the parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Personaly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

7. Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Astana, Kazakhstan.
